| ESpL Victory over ERA |

Today we finally met ERA in the ESpL Quarter Finales. Like most of our recent matches, it was a very close and thrilling and at the end we won due to the ESpL percentage rule. So we reached the semifinales again, and will meet there one of the strongest clans reaching for the title: Netfreaks.

| GTFL Finales I: Draw vs. r@ts |

Today we had to play another heavy Match: the first best-of-6-maps Match of the GTFL finales against r@ts. After 60 exciting minutes it has been proved, that defence of both clans rules, while offense sucks a bit! =:)

| GTFL vs. BUGS III: Victory! FINAL!! |

Actually I was prepared to write the third loss in a row against BUGS in this news. But we did the impossible and managed to win the last 2 maps. 4 caps difference saved our buts!!!
Similarities to the last day of the Bundesliga are possible because nobody really thought (even our team) that we could win this game! But now we are going to celebrate before we meet our friends

| GTFL: Loss against BUGS II |

In the second Match of the GTFL Semifinal Playoffs we lost again to the swiss BUGS. But i think if somone can have any bad luck, we had tons of it tonight. On shutdown2 the Map ended just a few seconds before we could cap for a draw and on canalzone we where 2 times only centimeters away from a fullcap (cp5 top of ladder).
But in the end, we again got nothing, and with a total score of 145:180 (with outstanding maps openfire and shutdown_l) we are nearly out of the playoffs! :(
Anyway, once again it was a cool Match, especially cz2 was great fun. =:) |

In the round of the last sixteen in the ESpL we met pro-Gaming . In a very close match we dominated well, but could not win, while pg was better on 2fort - but could not win either.
A draw. So we had to make a decision round on enclave, where our tactics were slightly better than the one of pG: they had nothing like that! =:)
Anyway, really cool match over 3 halftimes, and thats means Quarterfinales for us. |

| Unfortunately our companion para dicided today, together with his some of hild old friends, to refound UF and therefore ending his membership at S@W. We wish him all the best for the future, hoping to see him anyway from time to time. |

| Loss against Critical Mazz! |

In our tonights ESpL Match we lost against Critical Mazz. While getting a 5 Point lead on nuke, they teached us a lesson in rushing on dust.
Due to that weired point calculuation, that makes 0 Points to both teams... |

| Loss against BUGS in GTFL |

In the first semifinal of the GTFL playoffs we had to face a loss against Bugs .On 2fort we lost 0:20 and on well we had a final score of 80:80 at least a draw =:)
The result is that Bugs took a lead with 20 points in the first of 3 games
and so they have the best chance to make it to the finals because 2fort and well were actually our strong maps that we should have won! :(

Our moving to a .com Domain was just one step. We are joining more and more international leagues
and therefore we see the necessity to translate a few news into English, but we don´t want to bore our German readers.
We have found a solution that takes a little bit more time and work ( especially for Exe ....yah that´s me in action :-), but it will work out fine:
At this moment we will give you news and a few special clanwars in two languages. Furthermore an english Forum has been created and other multilingual stuff will follow.
While updating the page we added a little clanwarstatistic and clanwarhistory (example).

| First of all, a big fat THX to Pancakes ;-) This brandnew tool to control the homepage is really cool. Now i like it here a lot more than i did before especially the soldiers around Nuker. Because of this, I extended my contract yesterday with Soldiers @ Work for another 2 years. I will stay here in the future and keep on steeling your flag, a big sorry to all hopes mongs. |
