| Introduction |
Today we faced a strong opponent called =BC= which we allready played once before. At that time we didn't really have a high chance to win in the BWTFCL playoffs against this opponent because the half of our team were on holidays and so we had to play with 3 trails in our offence. Even though we had to face a high loss we had our fun and =BC= probably too. So the chances of having a nice match again, were actually good.
Our clanwar was set on the last day of the deadline for the ETFCL Playoffs because a few days ago =BC=eat asked us if we could change the date that was set for the match. Allthough we had to change one of our games (at least it was a half final in another league) we agreed.
Because of this background and the agreement to change the date, we expected a good game but it became a surprise....at least for us. |
| 1. Half: 2fort (20:30) |
Soon we lost a couple of flags and when we passed the first 15 minutes the score was o:3o in favour of =BC=. But finally we had our comeback and the score switched to 2o:3o. As soon as =BC= touched our flag we changed to our swap tactic but =BC= did the same and so =BC=life was the 5th man on def when we had another flagtouch but the score was still 2o:3o.
In this second (the last 5 minutes before the map ended) our basement soldier Lehmann dropped and so the opponent got another flagtouch. Our defence cried for help and so we decided to send Godspeed (as basement soldier) and Panne (as swap) back to defence. The result was that our off were only 2 people ( a bad situation if you are only 1 cap behind) but at least not more than 5 defenders ( remember Lehmann dropped).
After this game =BC= made up a story and said that we played during the map 2fort with 6 Def players and that is a lie. During the whole map we played with 4 /4 setup + swap Soldier like =BC=. Maybe there is a missunderstanding because obviously =BC= players had (maybe still have) some trouble with reading and that is how they counted our def soldiers :

This half was a good game from both sides and =BC= won by a narrow margin. Maybe a little bit unlucky for us because of the drop and =BC= didn't really like the idea of an idle on their side. The reason why i wrote so many details is because of the second half.

| 2. Half: well (0:10) |
We thought 2fort was a good game and so we were a little bit surprised when =BC= started insulting us in the prematch. In the whole match we were acting fair and allowed 3-4 (not really sure) restarts because some =BC= players were still missing. Actually it was natural for us to allow these restarts, so the threat of the ETFCL-Admin =BC=eat if we won't restart, he would give us a def loss was unnecessary.
After 2 minutes of playing we noticed a drop in our def and so =BC= was able to cap. Now the last 28 minutes were the lamest that we ever had in our last 100 clanwars (nothing could top that). =BC= decided to play the whole map with 7 defense players and a medic that started backtracking when we touched the flag anyway.

| Conclusion |
If the ETFCL is thinking about not inviting AEG again for the next saison because they played 6 def players on shutdown 2 then they should do the same with =BC= who played the whole halftime with 7def player on well.
=BC=eat disqualified himself as admin for this league because first of all he doesn't know the rules (we could have started well without the 3-4 restarts and wouldn't get punished) and 2nd he isn't acting neutral.
And No, we don't whine. We had some troubles/problems in our clan recently and we still made it into the playoffs, which we actually didn't expect, in the best (at least the clans) european league. We are growing stronger and have a powerfull team now and it won't be the last time that we will face =BC= again. Iam sure they can't wait for it.
